This poster was designed as an alternative to a traditional exhibition catalog. SUPERSTRUCTRES was a group show at the Mission Gallery. The three artists in the exhibition critique three iconic components of Chicago’s public face: the city’s progressive architecture, its rational urban plan , and its meticulous landscaping. The catalog is itself architectural, unfolding to show each artist’s work and transforming itself into a larger poster.
